In Filipino, "usok" means smoke. It is the essence of what we do — the art of cooking over open flames, filling the air with the irresistible aroma of charcoal-grilled meats glazed with sweet, savoury marinades.
USOK was born from a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of Filipino street BBQ to the Durham Region. What started as family cookouts and backyard gatherings has grown into a full restaurant experience, right here at 2-165 Garrard Road in Whitby.
